DelPlato Casey Law Firm, LLP was formed in January of 2014 by Michael A. DelPlato, Esq. and Peter M. Casey, Esq. Mr. DelPlato, also a former Batavia City Court Judge, has continuously operated a general practice law firm in Batavia for over 40 years. Peter M. Casey joined Mr. DelPlato as an Associate Attorney in 2009 and the two have maintained principal offices at 73 Main Street, Batavia, New York since that time. Raymond F. Cianfrini, Esq. has been engaged in law practice in Oakfield, New York since 1972. He has been an active member of the Oakfield community for decades, previously serving as Mayor of Oakfield and, currently, as the Chairman of the Genesee County Legislature. Mr. Cianfrini joined DelPlato Casey Law Firm as an Of Counsel Attorney in January of 2015. We proudly serve our clients from two Genesee County locations conveniently located in centers of the City of Batavia and Village of Oakfield, respectively.
