Schwarzwald McNair & Fusco LLP is a full service union side labor law and benefit plan firm representing local and international unions, union officers, employees, ERISA governed health and welfare and pension plans, VEBAs, and the trustees of such plans. Melvin S. Schwarzwald is General Counsel Emeritus of the Office and Professional Employees International Union. The firm serves as counsel to many international unions and represents many Ohio based local unions. The firm represents a wide-array of labor organizations with members - blue collar, white collar, skilled and unskilled - in numerous industries in both the public and private sectors.

The firm also represents individuals in a variety of employment matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims and issues involving individual contracts.

Members of the firm have negotiated and assisted in the administration of collective bargaining agreements covering employees in a wide variety of manufactory, retail, health care, service, education and arts organizations.
