The firm was founded in 2003 by Floyd G. Cottrell, Esq., who was previously the managing partner of the New Jersey office of New York-based Newman Fitch Altheim Myers since 1995. Edward Solensky, Jr., has been a partner since November 1, 2006. The firm enjoys a diverse client base and has literally handled thousands of cases to conclusion.
