As an intellectual property attorney for the last 20 years, Eric has successfully filed and prosecuted thousands of patents, trademarks and copyrights for his clients in more than 50 countries. Eric founded the Law Offices of Eric Hanscom in 1995 as a sole practitioner. Before beginning his own practice Eric utilized his science background and law degree to gain experience in multiple facets of patent, trademark and copyright law and the application of those property rights.
