The Center for Elder Law & Estate Planning helps the elderly who are facing urgent health care issues today and those who have decided to plan for tomorrow.

Our lead attorney, John A. Gianino, earned a master's degree in business administration and has over 20 years of experience serving as a hospital and physician administrator. As a lawyer, these experiences give him a unique perspective into his elder law and estate planning practice because much of estate planning is based upon third-party medical payment rules and tax law.
