On gaming and business matters, Ocotillo Law & Policy Partners LLP has substantial experience advising clients on issues involving the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act and its regulations, NIGC and BIA approval processes, regulations and compliance issues, tribal gaming commission matters, development agreements, management agreements, tribal-state gaming compacts, gaming ordinances, Indian lands opinions, and revenue allocation plans.
