Clark, a registered patent agent who is fully licensed to practice all areas of patent law before the United States Patent and Trademark Ofice-- including preparation, filing and prosecution of patent applications. Mr. Clark is currently Norfolk, Virginia's longest-practicing resident registered patent professional.
In addition to being a registered patent practitioner, Steve is a licensed Professional Engineer, registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia-- having studied undergraduate aerospace and mechanical engineering at the University of Virginia. He has given Court-qualified expert testimony in the areas of physics and electrical, mechanical and civil engineering, in both Federal and State courts, on dozens of occasions. Steve has over 20 years of corporate management experience in virtually every phase of new product development, protection, licensing and commercialization Since the 1980's he has given intellectual property protection and product development assistance to hundreds of inventors.
