Becker & Associates, P.A. transitioned to work from home on March 23, 2020 to prioritize the health and safety of our clients and team members and to constrain the spread of Coronavirus.



We remain fully open for business. Although we are working from home, our staff will meet with clients BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All other consultations are conducted via Zoom, Skype, or regular voice calls.



PLEASE NOTE: The USCIS field offices are open to those with appointments only. Family members are not allowed into the building unless they are a petitioner or co-applicant. Certain immigration courts have resumed non-detained hearings.



The immigration laws remain in full effect. Therefore, if your status is about to expire but you are unable to return to your country due to COVID-19 or otherwise, you must take action to maintain your lawful status or risk being placed in removal proceedings for overstaying.
