Receiving a Juris Doctor from the Florida State College of Law in 1984, Gary served as a public defender in criminal trial cases for four years prior to going into private practice in the fields of probate, trust, guardianship and elder law in 1988. Gary is an active member of the Clearwater Bar Association, the St. Petersburg Bar Association, the Guardian Association of Pinellas County, and the Island Estates Civic Association. Having served as an attorney in the Pinellas County area for some thirty years, Gary is an active member in good standing with the Florida Bar in its probate, trust, elder law and real property sections.
