Justin received a Bachelor of Arts degree at Salisbury University, Maryland, where among other activities Justin was a varsity letterman on the football team. He received his J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University, State College, where Justin was also a member of the Public Interest Law Fund and the Moot Court Board.
