Wendy Busch is the founder of the Law Offices of Wendolyn S. Busch, P. A. She graduated from the University of Florida with high honors in 1982 and earned her law degree with honors from the University of Florida, School of Law in 1989. Before attending law school, Ms. Busch worked in television news as an anchor, reporter, producer and editor at several Florida television stations. Immediately upon graduating from law school, Ms. Busch joined the firm of Trenam, Kemker, Scharf, Barkin, Frye, ONeill and Mullis, P.A., where she practiced for 12 years, then Mechanik Nuccio Hearne & Wester, P.A. for 7 years before opening the Law Offices of Wendolyn S. Busch, P. A.. Ms. Busch practices in the areas of employment litigation, commercial litigation, products liability and personal injury/wrongful death litigation. Ms. Busch has handled cases for both plaintiffs and defendants in these areas and has extensive experience in federal and state court matters. Ms. Busch is a member of The Florida Bar and the District of Columbia Bar and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
