Eugene Orlando, Jr. is President of Orlando Law Offices, P.C. representing clients in all State and Federal Courts and administrative agencies for over 35 years. He is a graduate of the Hill School, the University of Pittsburgh (B.A. English), Western New England College School of Law (J.D.), and New York University (LLM). He concentrates his practice in all aspects of Real Estate, Zoning, and Municipal Law, Commercial and Business Law, Wills, Estates, and Elder Law. He provides complete legal services in these areas of concentration. He serves as Municipal Solicitor for Maidencreek, Bethel, Hereford, and District Townships. He also serves as Zoning Solicitor for Robeson Township, Douglass Township and Washington Township Zoning Hearing Boards and alternate Solicitor for Wyomissing Zoning Board. He counsels both individuals and business clients throughout Berks, Montgomery, Chester, Lehigh, Lebanon, and Lancaster Counties. Because of extensive professional relationships, he also provides reliable referrals for clients needing other services the Firm does not presently provide. He is the owner of Berks County Abstract Company, a full service title insurance agency providing closing and settlement services to the full range of clients from basic residential transactions to complex multi-million dollar commercial transfers.
