Mark Nialis obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from Villanova University, with a major in Chemistry. Mr. Nialis then attended Pepperdine University School of Law and, in 1979, obtained his Juris Doctor degree. On November 29, 1979, Mr. Nialis was admitted as an attorney and counselor of law to practice in all courts of the State of California by the Supreme Court of the State of California.
