In 1951, Francis G. Fitzpatrick and Donald W. Zimmerman founded the firm, then known as Fitzpatrick & Zimmerman. The law office was originally located on Court Street, above the old Peoples Bank Building in downtown New Philadelphia, Ohio. From these humble beginnings the firm has grown to include seven respected and experienced attorneys and a well-qualified support staff. The firm currently maintains offices in New Philadelphia, Sugarcreek and Canton, Ohio. Since 1956, the firm has operated real estate title agencies known as Tuscarawas County Title Company and Premier Land Title Company, serving Tuscarawas, Harrison, Stark, Holmes, Belmont and Guernsey counties.
