We pride ourselves in having a particular expertise in catastrophic and otherwise complex medical matters, irrespective of the cause of the injury or illness. The bulk of our practice takes place in Palm Beach (West Palm Beach), Broward (Fort Lauderdale) and Miami-Dade (Miami) counties but we also litigate in Munro County (the Florida Keys ? Key West, Islamorada, Key Largo) to the south, Okeechobee (Okeechobee), Martin (Stuart), St. Lucie (Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce) and Indian River (Vero Beach, Sebastian) counties to the north, and Collier (Naples, Marco Island, Everglades City) and Lee (Fort Myers) counties to the west. These counties are all reasonably close enough so that attending matters there do not involve excessive travel; we are happy to discuss limiting our billing for travel time to those and other areas of the State as requested. We have on occasion been retained on matters pending in areas further to the north and in other States, including situations where we have been asked to substitute in to pending lawsuits as trial counsel.
