The Firm was founded by Robert S. Amador. Mr. Amador was formerly a general counsel to two publicly traded healthcare companies and was associated with two major Los Angeles business law firms. Mr. Amador has represented numerous businesses and their owners in the healthcare, manufacturing, tech and service businesses. He has spoken and written on many legal topics, including collections, compliance, HIPAA, and litigation. Mr. Amador received his J.D. from Stanford Law School in Palo Alto, California and his B.A. in Government cum laude from Pomona College in Claremont, California.
