Mr. Sims was born in Grand Junction, Colorado and admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma in 1998. Mr. Sims is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the District of Colorado. Mr. Sims completed his preparatory education at Oklahoma State University (B.S. 1995) and obtained his legal education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law (J.D. 1998). Mr. Sims is a member of the Woodward County Bar and Oklahoma Bar Associations. He is active in the community and served numerous boards since returning to Woodward in 1998. He currently serves as a board member for the Woodward Education Foundation and the Northwest Domestic Crisis Services.
