Paul P. Moreschi is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is a former Assistant State's Attorney, and has, during the greater than 25 year period since leaving the prosecutor's office, concentrated his practice in the area of traffic, misdemeanor, and felony criminal defense. He is the former Investigator General of the DuPage County Ethics Commission. He is a former member of the DuPage County Sex Offender Management Board. He has experience in complex and serious cases including first degree murder, sex offenses, and financial crimes, and has significant experience in DUI and traffic defense, defending clients charged with those offenses nearly every day. For as long as he has practiced law, he has either prosecuted or defended criminal and traffic cases. He consistently practices in the Illinois Counties of DuPage, Cook, Kane, Kendall, DeKalb, Lake, and Will, and is in courtrooms defending his clients every day, most days including litigation on pre-trial or post-trial motions, and bench or jury trials.
