Experienced
Smith Washburn LLP was founded by two former "Big Law" attorneys with the goal of providing Big Law quality legal services in an efficient, flexible, and transparent environment. Both Mark Smith and Loren Washburn are experienced trial attorneys who have advised clients across a variety of industries and matter types. Our attorneys have represented clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses that never thought they would need a lawyer and everything in between.
