Clinton & Peed PLLC is a law firm that offers a unique combination of big-firm quality and expertise with small-firm attention and efficiency. Founded in February 2008 by Tim Clinton, the firm initially operated under his name before being joined by his Harvard roommate Matt Peed, at which point the name was changed to Clinton & Peed PLLC. In 2013, the firm partnered with Brian Brook's New Jersey firm, becoming Clinton Brook & Peed. During this time, two of Tim's former colleagues from Covington & Burling-Greg Lipper of Americans United for Separation of Church and State and Alec Rosenberg, a partner at Arent Fox and former general counsel-joined the firm as partner and of counsel, respectively. The partnership ended on December 31, 2018, and the firm is now operating as Clinton & Peed. At the firm, subject-matter expertise, skillful and creative advocacy, and personal attention and use of technology enable them to represent their clients efficiently and effectively.
