Caglar Law Firm P.C., based in Manhattan was founded by Metin Caglar, Esq. Mr. Caglar is a licensed attorney in good standing duly admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He represents many individuals, corporations, nonprofits and entrepreneurs for their various legal matters. He also advises international individual and corporate clients on cross border transactions. Mr. Caglar is skilled in bringing creative legal strategies and practical solutions to complex law matters. He also provides pro bono legal services to many non-profit organizations.

Mr. Caglar holds Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Touro Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and Bachelors of Laws (LL.B.) degree with honors from Istanbul University Faculty of Law.

Mr. Caglar has been admitted to New York State Bar and Istanbul Bar. He has also been admitted in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Before founding his law firm, he worked as a full time law clerk for many years.

He is currently member of Istanbul Bar Association, American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.
