Kimberly A. Salerno is an experienced real estate attorney who has been handling real estate transactions in the Capital District and surrounding counties for nearly 12 years. Kim focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate law and represents sellers, purchasers, builders and lenders. She prides herself on the personal relationships she develops with her clients while guiding them from the initial contract review right straight through to the closing table. Kim is passionate about what she does and treats each client like they are her only client. Kim graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School in 2001. She currently resides in Ballston Lake, New York with her son.
