Frank Law Office, P.A. is made up of two attorneys, Cletus and Christopher Frank, father and son, and two staff assistants, Julie Laughlin and Susan Ellingson, all of whom were raised in the Willmar and Southwest Minnesota region. We are here to serve the Willmar Lakes Area in the most competent and thorough way possible. We seek not only to work in the Willmar area, but to serve and take part in the community as it grows. We want to make the Willmar Lakes Area a better place to live.
