Mr. Richter received his B.A. magna cum laude in both Psychology and Political Science from Arizona State University in 2000. He earned his J.D. in 2003 from Arizona State University College of Law where he was a member of the JESUPS moot court team. He received his LLM in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2005. Mr. Richter also served as an extern for Judge Susan R. Bolton of the Federal District Court of Arizona.
