Paul Burglin has been practicing law for 25 years and is a life-long resident of the Bay Area. He firm maintains offices in San Francisco and San Rafael, and Mr. Burglin regularly handles cases in the Napa and Sonoma wine-tasting counties. After graduating from U.C. Berkeley in 1980, Mr. Burglin received his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in Washington. He co-authors a two-volume treatise, California Drunk Driving Law, which has long been considered the bible in California DUI defense law.
