Attorney Raul Perez-Ceballos was born in Miami, Florida and grew up in humble beginnings. At the age of 17, Raul lost his father, Herminio Raul Perez, who was struck by a reckless driver while crossing the street. The day of the funeral, Raul received a letter from the driver's Insurance company requesting payment for the damage his Father's body did to their insured's car. The agony caused by the tragic event compounded by the letter served as the foundation and fuel for his motivation to become a lawyer.
