Ms. Schaffer has represented clients in a broad range of immigration matters, including nonimmigrant (i.e., temporary) visas, immigrant (i.e., permanent residence, or "green card") visas, citizenship, and deportation /removal proceedings. In addition, she taught immigration law at Baruch College, City University of New York, at the Continuing Studies Division. Ms. Schaffer is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
