We are located in Columbia, Missouri. Bankruptcy is all that we do. We believe that bankruptcy law is so complex that clients are best served if attorneys stick to just practicing in that one area. Recent changes in bankruptcy law have made it difficult for attorneys who just handle an occasional bankruptcy case to know everything they need to know in order to serve their clients well. We belong to a number of organizations that are just for attorneys who practice bankruptcy and debt law. And, we subscribe to several journals just so that we can keep up with the law.
