Rosenblum & Bianco, LLP was established on January 1, 2009, succeeding Rubel, Rosenblum & Bianco, LLP, which had been founded on September 1, 1993. The law firm was created with the aim of providing exceptional legal representation to clients in landlord-tenant litigation and other related real estate matters. Its founders, Josh Rosenblum and John Bianco, possess over twenty-five (25) years of experience in the field, which has enabled them to understand the constantly evolving issues in landlord-tenant law. The firm was established to cater to the needs of landlords and provide them with an even greater level of expertise than before.

The firm's Landlord-Tenant Department comprises attorneys who serve clients in all five boroughs daily, providing comprehensive representation in all property management-related matters.
