Dave is the founder of David J. Sobel, P.C. and has overseen the development of the practice in all areas of litigation including personal injury defense, insurance claims, vehicular and premises liability claims. In addition, Dave provides representation to dozens of clients as to their insurance, corporate and contractual needs. His in-depth knowledge of the No-Fault Insurance Laws and Regulations of New York State has led to his lecturing to various groups as to the numerous changes in the No-Fault laws.Dave has been recognized on multiple occasions by his peers as a Super Lawyer as being in the top 5% of negligence defense trial attorneys in the New York Metro area. Dave has been active in the Suffolk County Bar Association in numerous capacities including serving as the co-chair of the Suffolk County Bar Association Professional Ethics Committee, the Supreme Court Committee and the Negligence Defense Attorney Committee. He has served as an Officer of the Suffolk County Bar Association Academy of Law. He recently served on the Suffolk County Bar Association Judicial Screening Committee.
