The law firm of Shapira, Hutzelman, Berlin, Ely, Smith and Walsh was established in 1984 by six attorneys in downtown Erie, Pennsylvania. Over the years the firm has expanded and the number of attorneys has grown to comprise the full service law firm of today. Legal problems are complex and intricate.
