Born 1969 in Tehran, Iran. My family moved to the United States in 1979 to escape the new fundamentalist regime. First arrived in San Francisco, California, then moved to Los Angeles and attended Milliken Jr. High School then U.S. Grant High School, where David swam for the Lancers and medaled two times in breaststroke in the LA City finals. Ran and finished the 10th LA Marathon. Completed undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1992 achieving a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Specialization in Women's Studies - as the first male Women's Studies graduate from UCLA.After college, I began my career as a financial adviser from 1992 through 2008 assisting over 200 wonderful clients who remain clients to this day. Completed law school at Golden Gate University School of Law, San Francisco in 2001 achieving a Juris Doctorate with emphases in Tax Law, Estate Planning, and Alternate Dispute Resolution (certified advanced mediator). Passed the California Bar on first attempt in 2002 and began the practice of law. Most importantly, I have a beautiful wife and best friend, Sandra, whom I have loved and cherished from the first day we met. Together, we have two wonderful children and one adorable grandchild who are the shinning stars of our lives. Apart from their health and happiness, my wish is that they will all someday join me as partners in my firm.
