We have held quite a few mediation and arbitration hearings through Zoom since March 20th. These hearings have each been handled by different members of our panel. ALL the mediations have settled successfully. These have included anywhere from two attorneys and a mediator to four attorneys, a judge, witnesses and a court reporter.
