Scott J. Norby has been actively engaged in the practice of law in Nebraska for almost four decades. Throughout his career, he has appeared on behalf of clients in virtually all of Nebraska's counties in a wide variety of legal matters. Scott presently represents professionals in administrative disciplinary proceedings and employment disputes as well as labor organizations in collective bargaining and contract disputes. Scott also serves as legal counsel to labor boards, tribunals, and commissions.
As legal counsel to the Nebraska State Education Association, Scott represents the Association, its members and affiliates in member rights, professional negotiations, legislative and organizational matters. Scott has been recognized by "Best Lawyers" in education law for more than ten years.
