Paul J. Kennedy is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and has practiced full-time in New Mexico since 1976. He runs a full-time civil and criminal litigation practice with a focus on civil rights, wrongful death, criminal defense, appellate litigation and other matters. Mr. Kennedy has served twice as a Justice on the New Mexico Supreme Court, appointed first by Governor Gary Johnson in 2002 and then by Governor Susana Martinez in 2012.
