Brewer & Lormand is a certified women-owned business and full service law firm. We were founded in the District of Columbia in 2008 by managing partner Ruth Brewer. Later that year, Ms. Brewer expanded the firm by opening offices in Texas and Louisiana, and Pamela Lormand joined the law firm as partner and supervisory attorney for the New Orleans office. Collectively, they provide more than 34 years of legal experience in a variety of practice areas, including maritime law, international trade, and medical malpractice. Their leadership and commitment has guided Brewer & Lormand to become more than a team of lawyers; we are also dedicated members of the community, passionate advocates, and forward-thinkers.
