Mr. Storch has assisted individuals and companies in a wide variety of legal matters in the United States and abroad. He has assisted Audit, Special Litigation and Derivative Claims Review committees of public and private companies in conducting investigations concerning broker-dealer, accounting and other SEC regulations, and nuclear regulatory, anti-bribery and export controls compliance and has assisted corporate boards in addressing government contracting and foreign ownership rules. Mr. Storch has served as a corporate director in the broadcast television industry and is one of the 2011 recipients of the Berkley Pioneers in Television award. He has been appointed as a Bankruptcy Examiner, Special Master, Mediator and SEC Fund Administrator. His government legal service included the Departments of State and Energy. He has served as an Independent Consultant pursuant to SEC settlement order. Mr. Storch has been a member of the Army Science Board and the Department of Defense Advisory Panel on Government Industry Relations. He has served as counsel to the Secretary of State's Advisory Panel on Overseas Security and as counsel to the Inspector General of the United States Synthetic Fuels Corporation. He currently serves as a member of the Nasdaq Delisting Hearing Panel.
