About Fiedler Law Firm, P.L.C

Every worker, every human being, is entitled to dignity and respect in the workplace

We put our money where our mouth is. We pay for 100% of our employees' health insurance. Employees are entitled to 6 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave and 8 weeks if they're the one who gives birth. Part of our success comes from truly listening to our employees and rewarding their dedication and hard work.
We help give you a voice when you feel like no one else will help.

We are an employment law firm that provides support in an atmosphere of respect toward clients, other legal professionals, and each other. Our civil rights lawyers are dedicated to meeting your needs and doing everything we can to get justice for you.

We mostly represent people who have faced sexual harassment, workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, or other labor law violations. We fight hard to win you the dignity and respect you deserve.

We have offices in Johnston, Iowa (a suburb of Des Moines), and Gretna, Nebraska (a suburb of Omaha). We take cases statewide in both Iowa and Nebraska.

If you have been harassed, unjustly fired, or are experiencing problems at work, please explore our services to learn more about how we can help, or begin a short case review form.
