Jim Renda has concentrated his practice on Marital and Family Law including appeals. He has extensive experience as a trial attorney in both civil and criminal matters. In the areas of custody litigation and complex equitable distribution litigation, he has extensive experience in negotiating settlements and, if trial is required, examining forensic experts.
Mr. Renda has been published in the New York State Bar Association Family Law Review. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America and Who's Who in Law published by the Buffalo Law Journal and Buffalo's Business First. He has achieved the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating (AV) for legal ability and professional standards. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
