From 1984 to 1995, Mr. Walling served as an Assistant Attorney General for New York State. In that position, he represented state agencies and their employees in the federal and state courts. His cases involved complex issues of employment discrimination, civil rights, and claims of unconstitutional actions. His trial practice included jury trials, as well as appellate litigation.
