Mr. Hernandez was born and raised in the Napa Valley. He attended college at CSU Sacramento and obtained his Juris doctor degree from Lincoln Law School, where he graduated in the top ten of his class. While growing up in the Napa Valley, Mr. Hernandez worked in the vineyards along side his father. He has an appreciation for hard work which has helped him advocate for all injured workers. Since 2012, Mr. Hernandez has represented injured construction workers, field laborers and many others. Mr. Hernandez is fluent in Spanish and prides himself in helping injured workers obtain their fair compensation.
