He obtained a B.S. in Finance at Pace University, Lubin School of Business and attended the Delaware Law School, having been awarded his Juris Doctorate in May, 1988. Joseph was an associate attorney with Sunshine, Atkins from 1988 through 1991, when he accepted a position with The Rem Law Group of Hackensack, New Jersey. He opened the Law Firm of Raia & Faust in May, 1993, and the Law Offices of Joseph A. Raia in Englewood, New Jersey in 2005. Joseph concentrates on Immigration and Nationality Law, as well as Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Municipal Court Practice. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, while maintaining offices in New York City, Shenzhen, China, and Seoul, South Korea.
