The Stewart Law Practice, PC is a boutique law firm that practices primarily in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Business Law, and Entertainment Law. We combine technology and good old fashioned hard work to provide a quality and efficient experience for our clients. Recognizing that not every client can make it into the office, our firm tries to operate in ways to minimize in-office time while maximizing the service received. Based primarily in the North Fulton area, our goal is to meet the needs of our clients desiring assistance with business and estate planning in the easiest and most comfortable manner possible. While we provide services to anyone who retains us, our primary clients are entrepreneurs, talent/creatives, and physicians. This is because they each have specific legal needs, all of which involve intersections of our chosen practice areas. Our founding attorney is an entrepreneur, has managed young talent, and works with physicians in private practice often. It is her experience with these groups that make her uniquely prepared to guide them with their legal needs. As an example, having successfully launched and managed a medical practice from start to finish, she (and thus the firm) is uniquely positioned to advise on most issues that a medical practice or small business might be faced with. We are excited about what we do and the relationships we build with our clients.
