The MilVet Law Firm and Mr. Jennings practice of law is limited exclusively to practice before federal agencies (Veterans Administration, EEOC, DoD) and federal courts (Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims). Mr. Jennings is not licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia and his practice of law in Virginia is limited solely to federal matters for which Mr. Jennings is authorized by federal law to represent persons.
