Attorneys Robert A. Schulman, Ricardo R. Lopez and Joseph E. Hoffer established Schulman, Lopez & Hoffer, LLP, in 2011 after practicing together for many years with another prominent Texas law firm. In 2015, Jason Adelstein merged his commercial real estate and natural resources practice with the Firm, and it became Schulman, Lopez, Hoffer & Adelstein, LLP. Janet Vaughan Robertson joined SLHA in 2017 and leads the Firm's bond counsel and public finance practice. In 2018, Denise Nance Pierce joined the Firm bringing 20 years of school law experience to our dynamic team. Together, our attorneys have over 100 years of experience serving Texas and Louisiana school districts, charter schools, local government entities, and private commercial clients.
