Our office represents insurance companies and self-insured corporate clients in all areas of tort litigation including but not limited to automobile, premises, products and general liability; toxic torts; no-fault, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims and insurance coverage issues.

The Law Offices of Michael E. Pressman provides early factual and legal analysis and probability of exposure of cases to permit our clients and risk managers to identify which cases should be settled, postured for summary judgment or tried to conclusion. It is our practice to identify those claims where liability exists, and to provide settlement recommendations. Throughout each stage of litigation we work closely with clients, claims personnel and risk managers to identify opportunities to dispose of a lawsuit as quickly as possible, either by settlement or motion. Those cases which are likely to result in a defense verdict, or have the potential for establishing a favorable end result will also be identified and prepared in accordance with the client's litigation guidelines. Depending upon the facts of a particular case, we advocate the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms such as arbitration and mediation.
