The Liles Firm was established in downtown Jacksonville over twenty-five years ago by Rutledge R. Liles, following his tenure as president of the Florida Bar. Mr. Liles started the firm to provide personalized legal services to his business and professional clients. Our clients range from individuals to small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. We assist and advise entrepreneurs who are starting new businesses as well as established businesses facing legal challenges.
