Attorney Carson C. Newton has vast experience in practicing Personal Injury Cases. Mr. Newton handles all phases of litigation ranging from appeals to trials. Appearing in courts all over California, (in particular those located in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties), Mr. Newton has a working knowledge of how best to process cases through the legal system. He has also appeared in both Federal Court and the Southern Court of Appeal. Mr. Newton is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law, located near downtown Los Angeles. He is also a graduate of the University of California, Davis with degrees in Political Science: Public Service and English. Upon passing the California State Bar Exam in his first effort, he immediately began practicing both civil litigation and family law. Mr. Newton is an avid sports fan and loves to travel. He is also a recipient of the Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout Award.
