SABINE WEBB was born and raised in Austria (Europe) and in 1995 graduated magna cum laude in Slavic Languages and Literature from the University of California at Berkeley. In 1999, she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While a student, Ms. Webb interned for a civil litigation firm, with a focus on family law, and gained hands-on legal experience early in her career
