David M. Platt has more than 38 years of experience as an estate planning and business attorney. David concentrates his law practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, probate litigation, pre and post nuptial agreements, real estate and business entity formation. He assists clients in the preparation of wills, trusts, family cottage limited partnerships, as well as providing counsel to minimize income and estate taxes. David holds a certificate in Probate and Estate Planning from the Michigan Institute of Continuing Legal Education (2008 to present). David is admitted to practice in Michigan and Florida. David frequently speaks and writes on estate planning and business matters for financial planners, accountants and attorneys, as well as the general public. He is an adjunct professor of law at the Michigan State University College of Law, and is the author of several publications.
